What is Our Rendering Process?

Step 1: Send Us Your Project Details

To get started, share whatever you have for the property:

• CAD or DWG files with elevations are best for speed and accuracy

• If you only have architectural PDFs, we can convert them into CAD files for an additional fee

• We can also create a render from a photo if needed

• Landscape notes, style references, finish details, and inspiration photos are all helpful

• Please include colors, materials, and where they should be applied on the exterior

• Any extra photos or links that help us understand the look you want are welcome

Step 2: Review and Final Pricing

Once we review your files and confirm the angle(s) you want, we’ll make sure we have everything needed. If anything is missing, we’ll let you know.

We’ll then send a final quote, which typically starts at 650 per image and can increase depending on complexity.

Turnaround time is about 10 to 12 business days once you approve the pricing.

Step 3: Production Begins

After you confirm the quote, we’ll begin building your render.

Step 4: 3D Draft Check

Around 5 business days in, you’ll receive an uncolored 3D draft to confirm angles, layout, and structure. Once approved, we move into coloring.

Step 5: Colored Drafts

About 5 business days later, we’ll send colored drafts so you can review finishes and overall design. These are not the final high-resolution files yet but give you a clear preview.

Step 6: Revisions

You’ll have two rounds of revisions. It’s best to gather all major notes for the first round so the second can be used for any final touch-ups.

Step 7: Final Delivery

Once revisions are complete, we’ll send the final high-resolution rendering(s).
