Yes. The Stay package is built for short- and mid-term rentals, from beach cottages to furnished corporate stays.
Can I use the photos on Airbnb, Vrbo and my own booking site?
Yes. Your license covers marketing your property on any booking platform, your direct-booking website and social media.
How should I prepare the rental?
Treat it like a guest is arriving: fresh linens, beds made, counters cleared, lights on and personal items put away. Our Appointment Expectations guide has a full checklist.
When will I get the photos?
By the next business day, so you can refresh your listing quickly.
Do you shoot outside San Diego County?
Yes. We travel to southern Orange County on request, and anywhere farther with an added travel fee. Ask us about your date.
